Order Confirmation and Shipment:

As soon as your purchase a product and place your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email from us. Once the payment is processed, we will ship your product immediately. All products ship out within 1-5 business days, unless otherwise noted. If the item you ordered is unavailable or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. Items in stock can take 1-5 business days to ship. Purchases over $5,000 may take 5-7 days to ship. After the order is processed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. With the tracking number you can track your package and get an estimated time of delivery. If you do not receive a confirmation email or a tracking number, feel free to contact us at info@humidorenthusiast.com

 Damages:

Before accepting any package, be sure to thoroughly inspect your item for damages. In the event that your package is damaged, take photos of the item and send them to info@humidorenthusiast.com. We will process the insurance claim on your behalf and pick up the cost of the return shipment.

30 Day returns and cancellation policy:

Refunds on cancelled orders will be payed back to the card that the order was placed on. Most products will not be charged a restocking fee, however some manufacturer's require that we charge a restocking fee of up to 20%. If a delivery is refused for any reason other than a damaged product, a 15% restocking fee will be charged to the card on file. Returns are accepted within the first 30 days of purchase but subject to restocking fee from certain manufacturers. All returns after 30 days that will not be accepted.

Do you have a price match guarantee? 

Yes, Humidor Enthusiast strives to provide the best possible service. If within six months of your purchase you happen to find another online store offering lower prices than us we will be happy to pay you the difference. Please read more about our Price Match policy.

How soon should I receive my order?

You should receive your order within 5-10 days once the order has been processed, which can take up to 3 business days. Items that require freight shipping may take longer. Read more about our Shipping & Returns policy.

Yes, you should receive your tracking number within 24-48 hours on all business days once the order has been processed, which can take up to 3 business days.

Do you accept returns?
