Order Confirmation and Shipment:

As soon as your purchase a product and place your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email from us. Once the payment is processed, we will ship your product immediately via standard curbside delivery. If you wish to do a garage or white glove delivery, additional fees will be applied and should be arranged prior to placing the order. All products in stock ship out within 1-5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Prestige Import items ship in 3-14 days. If the item you ordered is unavailable or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. Purchases over $5,000 may take 7-14 days to ship. After the order is processed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. With the tracking number you can track your package and get an estimated time of delivery. If you do not receive a confirmation email or a tracking number, feel free to contact us at support@humidorenthusiast.com

 

Damages:

Before accepting any package, be sure to thoroughly inspect your item for damages. In the event that your package is damaged, take photos of the item and send them to support@humidorenthusiast.com. Damaged items must be reported within 2 days (48 ours) of receipt. After that period, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Humidor Enthusiast is not responsible for any freight/shipping related damages on any humidors shipped via LTL/Air Freight/Common Carrier. No refunds will be given nor returns accepted on humidors that sustain damage during shipment. Replacements will be authorized only if and when the freight company processes and approves a claim for the damages incurred. 

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds:

  • All orders canceled are subject to an administration fee equal to 35% of the total order amount, whether or not your order has shipped. This is a fee that covers administrative and personnel fees.
  • If your item is on backorder / preorder and you accept the backorder / preorder, we will hold your payment until the product ships. If you decide to cancel before a backorder arrives and is processed for shipping, a 5% cancellation fee will be applied.
  • If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. No returns will be processed if the unit has been damaged due to delivery. Replacements will be authorized only if and when the freight company processes and approves a claim for the damages incurred. All freight shipments are curbside delivery ONLY. If a freight shipment is refused, no refunds or credits will be given and no returns will be accepted. 
  • Custom made/build to order items are sold as-is-/where-is with no returns accepted or refunds given.
